The most common concern among Generation WTF is how to breaking the vicious cycle of procrastination and stress. You want to achieve some balance in your life, right? You want to have fun and chill out a bit, yes? That’s why Generation WTF devotes an entire chapter to the dysfunctional relationship of procrastination and stress that’s holding you back from achieving your goals.
